Q- Are the cameras really vintage?

A- All vintage items have been pre-loved and will show this, giving the lamps character, history and a story.

Q- Are the switches and wires vintage?

A- 90% of all switches, plugs and wires are all new. On occasion some lamps may incorporate vintage switches but this will be specified in the item description.

Q- Do the lamps come with a bulb?

A- Yes all lamps come with wither a 40w Edison filament or led bulb which will be specified in the description.

Q- How is my order sent?

A- All deliveries are sent by tracked courier and are insured to the value.

Q- Can I use my own vintage items for lamps?

A- Yes you can, your old cameras and other pieces can be used to make a lamp, just pop over to the commissions section for more information.

Q- Where are the products made?

A- All products are hand made in Ireland and are one of a kind. Although they may look like another they are all small production items and tell their own stories.

Q- Do you have a shop i can visit?

A- Menlo Designs is part of a creative collective called Cahoots (@cahootsdublin) with @fireflydesignsart_ie and @stencilize. We have a shop front in Blackrock Market (@blackrockmarket) in south Dublin. Our trading hours are every Saturday and Sunday from 11am - 5.30pm and bank holiday Mondays.

Q- Can I collect from your shop?

A- A click and collect service is available from the above store at the stated times. Please email me for enquirers.
